Sunrise Movers
Out by the Sawgrass Mills mall and the arena, Sunrise is townhome and condo country — clusters of two-story townhouses, mid-rise condo buildings, and family homes off Sunset Strip, with the Sawgrass Expressway running the length of it. We schedule around the elevator windows here and have since 2011.
- Two-story townhomes off Oakland Park Blvd with the bedrooms over one staircase
- Mid-rise condo buildings near the mall with a shared elevator and a loading zone
- Family homes off Sunset Strip with a two-car garage of gear
- Nicole Foster holds a load in climate-controlled storage when a Sunrise closing slips
The homes we move here
The work splits between townhome families and condo dwellers near the Sawgrass corridor. Carla Mendez sizes the inventory ahead so the crew matches the home.
| Home type | What the move involves |
|---|---|
| Two-story townhome | Bedrooms stacked over one staircase, long pieces padded and worked level by Andre Beaumont’s crew |
| Mid-rise condo near the mall | A shared elevator and a loading zone Sal Greco books a window against |
| Single-family off Sunset Strip | A full-volume household through a garage, often with an upright to board |
Getting the truck to the door
The newer streets are wide with real driveways and the truck parks at the door — the condos are the elevator-window work.

What you can count on
The truck outside is ours, the movers on it draw a Piano Movers Fort Lauderdale paycheck, and the price is written down before we load. Nobody resells your Sunrise day.
“A townhome is one staircase, a condo is one elevator window. We staff and schedule for whichever you’ve got.” — Sal Greco, operations & dispatch
