Your written figure is built around the move actually in front of us, never copied off a rate sheet — but to set expectations:

What to have on hand
A fuller picture at the outset means a tighter number coming back.
- Both addresses, with the floor, the elevator, and any staircase at each end
- The date you’ve locked in, or roughly the window you’re aiming at
- A rough room count, plus a note on anything heavy or awkward — a grand or upright piano, an organ, or a gun safe quoted on weight
- Whether the building wants a COI on file or a freight elevator reserved for you
- Whether you’ll also want packing, or climate-controlled, piano-safe storage for a spell
