The homes we move here
Davie splits into two jobs: town ranch homes and the equestrian acreage with the real work in the outbuildings. Carla Mendez reads both ahead.

Getting the truck to the door
On the large lots there is room for a full rig, so the planning is the outbuildings and the volume, not the access.
- Scout the property — Sal Greco checks the driveway length, the gate, and the turnaround from dispatch.
- Clear the outbuildings — the barn, the tack room, and the workshop usually hold the bulk, so Victor cartons them ahead of the furniture.
- Load the house — the ranch itself is a single-level carry that goes quick once the volume is staged.

A piano in the big house
