Broward towns we cover
Fort Lauderdale is base, but the trucks reach across all of Broward, ride the freight elevators in the Intracoastal towers, and run I-95 and the Turnpike for the longer jobs.
This isn’t a list drawn off a map to look busy. Dominic grew up here and lives near Victoria Park, and our crews have spent years learning these particular elevators, estates, and staircases by feel.
Every pocket sets a different problem
The high-rise and Intracoastal towers where a COI and a booked freight elevator run the whole day, the waterfront estates on Las Olas and Harbor Beach with their art and grands, the tight historic staircases in Victoria Park and Sailboat Bend, and the gated communities out in Weston with their HOA insurance rules.
How far the trucks roll
Whether the job sits a few blocks off NW 21st Ave or all the way at the Broward line, nothing about the deal shifts — a crew of ours, a figure fixed in writing, and the building access nailed down ahead of the date.
| Town | What we move there |
|---|---|
| Hollywood & Pembroke Pines | Single-family homes and the snowbird seasonal moves |
| Pompano Beach & Deerfield Beach | Beachfront condos and Intracoastal towers with elevator windows |
| Plantation & Sunrise | Suburban houses and the larger four-bedroom jobs |
| Davie & Weston | Acreage homes and gated communities with HOA COI rules |
| Coral Springs & Tamarac | Family homes and 55-plus community downsizing |
| Miramar & Lauderhill | Condos, townhomes, and apartment moves |
| Wilton Manors & Oakland Park | Older homes with tight staircases and no elevator |
| Las Olas & Harbor Beach | Waterfront estates, grands, and high-rise condos |
Whichever community you’re leaving or landing in, the terms don’t move — a crew of ours, a figure in writing, and the elevator, the COI, and the parking all settled before the truck pulls up.
